Ron Saenz, President
Ron has been a licensed California real estate broker since 2006, and has years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. In addition, he holds a B.A. in Urban Studies and Planning from UCSD and a Master of City Planning from SDSU. Along with his education, his added value to the real estate business comes from his 9 years working as a regional and binational planner with the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and several years working as an environmental planner with state agencies including Caltrans, Cal-EPA, and State Parks. He also was a research assistant at the Institute of Regional Studies of the Californias at SDSU.
Additional experience incudes his strong understanding of land use and planning trends for the San Diego region. While he was at SANDAG he served as regional planner and was responsible for the intergovernmental review of planning and private development projects in the region. He also was able to interphase and collaborate with local elected officials from both sides of the border on exploring ways to grow our economies and work closer together on issues like housing, environment, and transportation. With a strong passion to help people, Ron takes pride in providing the best professional service to his clients. He takes time and care with each transaction and always looks after his clients' best interest.
